– store, display, and process operational records

– perform OCR-assisted document parsing and validation scoring

– support local-first operation and optional cloud synchronization

– maintain system integrity, traceability, security, and support

4. Local-First Storage and Optional Cloud Sync

RailsVerifiedApp is designed for local-first operation. Information may be stored on-device and may also be synchronized to cloud systems where enabled by the organization or deployment configuration.

5. Evidence Photos and OCR Processing

The app may capture images and process text from those images for verification support. OCR and import-assisted processing are support features only and may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Final review remains the responsibility of authorized personnel.

6. Audit Logs

The app records workflow actions, including verification actions, comments, status changes, and related timestamps, to support accountability, review, and traceability.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared:

– with the organization deploying or administering the app

– with service providers supporting hosting, storage, or system operations

– where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful process

– in connection with a business transfer involving Four Eyez Company LLC

8. Data Retention

Information may be retained as needed to support operational workflows, audit history, compliance, dispute handling, security review, and legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law and organization-level retention requirements.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Organization’s Role

Where RailsVerifiedApp is deployed by a company, terminal, site, or enterprise customer, that organization may control certain data handling, retention, access, and synchronization settings.

11. Children

RailsVerifiedApp is not directed to children.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted.
